All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 60.00 will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A Deposit is taken at time of booking and is dependant on the length of stay. 1 to 2 night stays - GBP 30 per room deposit is taken. 3 night stays or more - GBP 60 per room deposit is taken. Please note that the desposit is only refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Directions from m275: Follow the signs for Southsea Seafront, once on the sea front go left all the way until you reach South Parade Pier. After the zebra crossing take the left fork, go round past canoe lake, (4th left) at the end of the lake turn into Festing Road, you will find the Beaufort on your right. We all look forward to meeting you on your arrival.
